New Zealand Football has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial & Partnerships Coordinator
As the Commercial & Partnerships Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery and growth of New Zealand Football's commercial partnerships programme. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will help bring partnership activations to life, coordinate commercial activity, and ensure our partners receive exceptional service and value.
Working across commercial, marketing, communications and content teams, you will support the planning and delivery of campaigns, events and stakeholder engagement initiatives that contribute to New Zealand Football's strategic and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of partnership activations, campaigns and promotional activity across New Zealand Football's competitions, programmes and events.
Support the management of relationships with commercial partners, helping ensure an exceptional partner experience. • Assist with the development of sponsorship proposals, presentations, reporting and materials that support commercial growth opportunities.
Maintain partnership records, benefits trackers, contract documentation and reporting tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, partners and suppliers to successfully deliver commercial initiatives that contribute to New Zealand Football's strategic and revenue objectives.

You are an organised, proactive and relationship-focused individual who enjoys working with people and contributing to shared goals. You have strong attention to detail, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in building strong relationships with stakeholders. Whether you're early in your career or already have experience in commercial partnerships, marketing, events or a related field, you're someone who enjoys being part of a team, taking initiative, and finding practical ways to get things done.

Qualifications and Experience
Approximately 1-3 years' experience in marketing, sponsorship, partnerships, events, account coordination or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong administration, reporting and presentation capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, events or stakeholder activities would be advantageous.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Sport Management, Communications or a related discipline would be beneficial but is not essential.
An interest in sport, football and the wider New Zealand sporting landscape would be advantageous
