General Manager - Basketball New Zealand

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager Community Basketball will lead Basketball New Zealand's community basketball portfolio and play a critical role in strengthening the national basketball system. This role is responsible for leading relationships with Member Associations, supporting sustainable participation growth, overseeing the national tournaments programme, and ensuring strong pathways and development opportunities exist across the country. The General Manager Community Basketball will work collaboratively with Member Associations, sector partners and internal teams to deliver a connected, high-performing and sustainable basketball ecosystem.
